March 28 - Out for Brunch!

I had my first big outing to a restaurant today. We met Grandma and Auntie for brunch. Everyone at the restaurant said I was a "well-behaved baby." I showed them my best side and didn't "howl at the moon" like Mom and Dad say...

March 27 - Napping with Grandma

Grandma Hall came to visit me. I showed her how much I love my bubble bath and she showed me how to nap. She's a really smart lady!

March 25 - My Outfits

Mom has really taken to dressing me up. The cute little orange outfit was knitted by my Grandma. The blue hoodie is from Amy and my favorite sunglasses are from Jake and Nisha. Pretty cute, huh?

I'm a Climber!

Mom and Dad took me to this place today with ropes and stuff. They both attached themselves to these things and climbed up the walls. I thought that was pretty cool. I want to do that someday, too!

By the way, aren't I cute?

Bad Hair

OK, so Dad has figured out how to blow dry my hair to look like his... you can see how it makes me feel!

Have I mentioned that I'm 10 pounds already? I don't think I can fit into my newborn clothes much longer. Mom has to keep some of the snaps undone! She thinks of it as easier access! :)

Climbing again!

One month two days old and she went for her first trip to the climbing gym. Needless to say dad is a very happy man today despite having finished his finals on a very poor note yesterday. Lets just sum it up with either a huge curve, retake or massive fail. And since I am not the only one with just this between me and my masters I anticipate passing it just really kinda depends on what kind of hoop I might have to jump through to do it.

Let me just repeat the astonishing first phrase. We went to the climbing gym. Jen, Rowan and I. No pictures yet since she still has the camera and it walking around Greenlake with a friend from her gym.

Dad gets a moment of peace and quiet to himself.

Wait a sec what the hell am I doing over here. I am gonna play some Halo!

March 7, 2010 - Some cute pics of me

The first picture is what I entitle, "Pudgy Baby." This is how I rest after being burped.

The second picture is how I look after I hit the crib. Mom calls this my "Milk Coma."

The third is my Mom's favorite. I'm sleeping, but I make these cute smiles when I sleep. She thought it was funny with my legs crossed.

Thr fourth and fifth pictures were taken after my bath. Doesn't my hair look good?

So, I have this furry friend named Chloe. She's been my Momma's baby for a long time. She still has some doubts about me, but I sure love her! She really likes to crowd out my Momma's lap, though...

It's official: I'm two weeks old! Grandma and Grandpa Ashley left over the weekend. They were such a big help to Mom and Dad. They cleaned, cooked, and held me. They even helped set up my room before they left. Don't I look cute in my new crib?

Chloe is really warming up to me. I'm feeding behind her on the Boppy!

Since then, Mom has been dressing me up in my cute outfits. I love my green sweater from Grandma Hall and love my little fleece outfit from Auntie Tara!

I'm a good little sleeper... only I prefer to sleep during the day and be up at night. That has been frustrating for Mommy and she has these dark circles under her eyes. Maybe I'll change my rhythm around here soon for her.
