Swimming Lessons

You know, I'm quite the busy girl. Mom takes me to dance lessons and Dad takes me to swimming lessons. It is like a big bath tub! They try to teach me how to get out of the pool and blow bubbles, but I really just like splashing around.

So Mom and Dad finally took away the little bath and I got to have a real adventure in the big girl bath. I had so much fun looking at my reflection in the drain, playing in the faucet, and then I even attempted my downward dog yoga pose. Mom got a little nervous with that one!

Things to Hug

So almost everyone knows how much I loved stuffed animals, but did you know that I can hug more than one thing at once? Mommy tells me that she has a little sister inside of her that I'll get to hug someday. I'll probably have to be more careful with her than my panda, huh?

All Sorts of Trouble

I've been getting much more mobile these days. I can bend over and balance for 20 seconds on my own, and thus, get into all sorts of fun things. Sure, playing with my toys is alright, but all of Mommy's and Daddy's things are so much more fun, don't you agree?

Eating's still messy

Even though I'm nearly one year old, I'm still a messy eater. My new favorite trick is to pick up a piece of food, look Mommy right in the eye, dangle it over my chair, and then let it fall to the floor. That is hilarious! (Mommy doesn't think so)

Who needs presents?

Even though I got all these cool, new presents, one of my favorite things is to sort stuff by the TV. I can play with CD's, sort movies, and press buttons. How cool?! I still like Mom to walk me back to my toys, though.

A funny trick

Mom taught me this funny trick the other day. I was supposed to be eating, but I'd much rather play with Mom. Now I do this trick all the time!

Christmas

So, Mom lost our camera in the snowstorm (I'm not kidding), so that's why I've not been a very good blogger since Thanksgiving. Don't worry, Mom got another camera for Christmas so we're all good now!

I got so many fun things during this "Christmas" thing. My auntie and uncle got me a fun ride-along-dinasaur and Santa brought me a stand-up station and panda bear. Even though Mom says I can't play with them, I sure loved the fuzzy Christmas stockings.
